Local Title: Miss Lakes Region

School: University of New Hampshire at Durham

Participation/Scholarship: Competed one time at Miss New Hampshire and won. She earned $30,000 through her participation in the local, state, and national programs. Lauren and her fiance, Kevin Machos, have volunteered on the production team for the last several Miss N.H. Competitions, as well as the Miss NH's Outstanding Teen Competition. The couple plan to marry this fall, and will also relocate to North Carolina where Kevin works for Fidelity Investments and Lauren works for Pfizer Corporation.
